RESERVATION POLICY

You must be at least 21 years old to book a room.

A valid ID is required at time of check-in.

Number of Adults and Children is required when making a reservation.

All rooms are subject to local taxes.

A deposit is required to reserve a room. 

Two day minimum is required on all holiday bookings.



CHECK-IN


Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. 

If arriving after 5 p.m. You must call 870-245-8433 to make arrangements for your key.
Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification and pay the balance due before checking in.

Early check-in must be approved by the office and an additional fee will apply. 

 Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly inadvance. 

If you plan to arrive earlier that the hotel’s check-in time and want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you book the night before.


CHECK-OUT


Check-out is at 10am. 

No late check-outs are allowed at this property.

Please leave cabin unlocked when you check out, with keys left on counter.

PAYMENT METHODS

For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance by a valid credit card. 

Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need a written authorization sent by the credit card holder witha copy of the credit card and a copy of the ID. 

The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the credit card he used for the prepaid reservation or if we did not receive the authorization before arrival.

A deposit of 50% of your reservation is required; Your remaining balance is due before or upon arrival. You can pay cash or by a credit card..


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or any changes to reservations must be received ten days prior to arrival for single cabin reservation, 15 days are required when more than one cabin is booked. 

If not cancelled by then, you will lose deposit for no shows. 

Failure to cooperate with cancellation policy or no communication will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

SMOKING POLICIES

NO SMOKING in any rooms. 

Feel free to smoke outside at our tables/chairs with ashtrays. 

Smoking is limited to cigarettes, vapes, ciggarets, pipes, e-cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco (including dip, snuff, snus, and chewing tobacco).

Marijuana (including medical marijuana) and synthetic cannabis are PROHIBITED to possess in any room. 

There will be a minimum $150 fee for non-compliance of smoking tobacco, vapes, e-cigarettes, or using smokeless tobacco in ANY room. 

There will be a $250 fee for non-compliance of smoking marijuana (including medical marijuana) and synthetic cannabis in ANY room.


DAMAGES

Customer is responsible for all damages.

During your stay, the room, all equipment, and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. 

Immediate notification to our staff if any damage or breakage occurs over and above normal wear and tear. 

ABSOLUTELYNO WASHING of rock or dirt in the bathtub, showers, or sinks. 

There will be a minimum fee for non-compliance.


GUEST SAFETY POLICY

As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number, or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement if necessary. 

This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls.

It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.


ROOMS WITH KITCHENS

Safe cooking habits are important. 

Do not leave burners unattended. 

Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients that may linger.

Lingering smells that require deep cleaning will be charged for the cost of the room for the number of days it takes to remove said odors as well as any special cleaning supply costs.

Dishes that are left dirty will be charged a $25 cleaning fee.


ROOM CLEANING

The following are simple rules that allow us to make the cabins available to guests without charging a cleaning deposit, so please comply sothat we can keep it this way for all of our customer’s convenience. There will be a $25 fee for rooms not left the condition it was received.

Cabin is to be left in the condition it was received.

Leave soiled towels in the tub or shower.

Please make sure all trash is put in trash cans.

Leave all dishes clean and in cabinet.


WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel area. 

For login and password, please ask the reception desk.


PARKING POLICY

There is ample parking for each room. 

Please be considerate of other guests.


PET POLICIES

Pets are not allowed on this property. 

There will be a minimum $100 fee for non-compliance, PLUS cost of damages, and guest will be asked to leave the property.


VALUABLES 

The Hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.
